Refund Policy

This page informs you of our policies regarding Returns and Refunds.

Mabotech Tuning will provide returns & refunds if products are found upon reception to be defective or

faulty and therefore not fit for the intended use as defined by the Mabotech website. In order to be eligible

for the money back guarantee, we must be notified immediately after receiving the product and returned

within 30 days of the order date, customs delays or other situations are not the responsibility of Mabotech.

Mabotech Tuning has a dispute resolution process that must be completely exhausted before any refunds,

repairs or replacements are issued. All refund applications will be carefully considered and given at the

discretion of Mabotech and their partners, therefore, Mabotech cannot guarantee that you or your business

will be successful in obtaining a refund.

Within 30 days of the order day, items can be returned under certain conditions. The items must be new,

unopened and/or unmodified and in their original packaging (undamaged). The customer is responsible

for return shipping costs on all returns unless otherwise instructed by Mabotech. Once item is received by

Mabotech, you will be given either a store credit to use within the website or a refund minus original

shipping costs. In some cases, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Returns after 30 days from the order date, specialty parts and parts that have been installed or attempted

to be installed are at the discretion of Mabotech and will have an automatic 18% restocking fee on top of

any other penalty that it's considered necessary, as well as original shipping charges. Certain items are

non-returnable, this includes but is not limited to: special order items, electronic and/or electrical items,

and on sale/clearance items.

Under no circumstances will Mabotech reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to an

incorrect, faulty, or defective product due to the nature of most of our items. This includes circumstances

in which damage occurred by any product installed allegedly correct or not. Damages will not be the

responsibility of Mabotech, however, we will do our best efforts to help you resolve any issues the best

way possible. Dyno, fuel or any expense related to installation, use or attempt of use on any of our

products is not going to be covered by Mabotech.

NOTE: There will be NO refunds provided on tuning services under any circumstance nor returns

on tuning hardware, if the tuning hardware is faulty we will repair it if the warranty period has not

expire and shipping is at the buyers expense.

If a customer has made payment via PayPal or credit card and for any reason decides to file a claim

either with PayPal or bank without exhausting the Mabotech resolution process, the customer

automatically forfeits all special treatment and/or consideration. We will defend ourselves and

provide all pertinent information to our legal team to follow through with this until the end of the

process.

Return procedure

Email: Support@mabotech.net to explain your case and request a return.

Once the return has been approved you will receive an email with instructions detailing where and how to

send the item. Please follow the instructions carefully! Returns must be received by Mabotech within 72

hours of the return being authorized unless other arrangement is previously agreed, failure to follow

instructions correctly might void any warranty or refund of the product in it's entirety.

Once the return arrives at Mabotech it will take an estimated 2 business days for the return to be entered

into our system. Once entered you will receive an email notification and the pertinent department or

experts will determine the status of the product related to the case, after concluded on a final decision for

the customer a resolution process will begin in which a gift certificate or other arrangements will be

issued.
